Spanish. Call 988 and press 2 for a Spanish-speaking counselor. You can also text 988 and type Ayuda or start a Spanish chat on the site.

Other languages. Call 988 and ask for your language. Interpreters are available through Language Line Solutions in more than 240 languages. Voice calls only.
