Access counseling, addiction services, referrals, and crisis support through North Dakota’s network of eight regional Human Service Centers. Each center serves a multi-county area and connects you with local providers and 988 for immediate help.

Quick start for residents

  1. Find your regional Human Service Center to ask about counseling, addiction services, and local referrals.

  2. Apply online in the Self Service Portal for SNAP, Medicaid, energy help, child care help, or TANF, then upload any requested documents.

  3. Call the Aging and Disability Resource Link if you or a family member needs help navigating options for in-home care or community-based supports.
