Petals of Strength: A Community Tribute
Petals of Strength is a heartfelt community tribute designed to honor those whose lives have been touched by mental health challenges, substance use, or suicide.
By sponsoring a sunflower petal, you're helping build a collaborative art installation that will debut at the 2025 Summit on Behavioral Health and reside at the Southwest Art Gallery and Science Center in Dickinson.
Each petal will bear the name of an individual or family you wish to honor. These personalized petals will form a vibrant sunflower a symbol of healing, hope, and resilience.
The installation will continue to grow year-round, with new petals added regularly as the community comes together in remembrance and advocacy.
It will return each year as a featured tribute at the annual Summit on Behavioral Health, reminding us that no one walks this path alone.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event: Participants can cancel their registration more than 30 days before the event for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations received 14 to 30 days before the event: Participants who cancel their registration between 14 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50 percent refund.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event: No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will be issued. However, substitutions may be allowed; please contact the event organizers for confirmation.
No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of the summit’s cancellation, the organization will refund the full registration fee within 60 days of the cancellation notice. However, the organization is not responsible for other expenses, including travel or accommodation costs.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, participants must email the summit registration team at lydia@dlnconsulting.com with their registration details and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.
