About the Consortium

The Consortium is a collaborative team of representatives from western North Dakota counties who are working toward economic sustainabilty. To become a member download the membership application and email your completed form to visionwest@dlnconsulting.com.

*Advisory members are Federal Partners, Congressional delegates, and North Dakota state agencies that are not allowed to pay a membership fee. North Dakota legislators are considered “Advisors.”  Advisors hold no voting authority, but may choose to pay a membership fee and would then be given voting authority.

** Any member organization is also able to sponsor a Student member. Student memberships are transferable within the year in the event the Student moves, graduates, etc.

Advisors are representatives of any federal agency, state agencies that are not allowed to pay dues, any North Dakota Legislator, and representatives from the North Dakota Congressional delegation. The expertise of advisors is valued and important. Advisors are welcome to participate in all meetings but have no voting authority unless they choose to pay membership dues that would allow a vote.
