Otto Bremer Foundation Grant The purpose of this grant is to enable Common Enterprise Development Corporation www.cedc.coop to provide technical assistance to fire and ambulance districts located in the oil and gas producing counties in North Dakota. The technical assistance envisioned includes planning assistance that would identify ways in which ambulance and fire districts could increase effectiveness through cooperation between themselves in the areas of:
This program will help ambulance and fire districts individually and collectively plan together in much the same way that communities have accessed planning services for water, sewer and roadways. Similar to the HUD sponsored program, this technical assistance will be available on a first come first serve basis and will be limited to the amount of the Bremer grant and the matching funds available.
