    Who is Eligible?

    Any person that has a disability (physical or mental impairment) that makes it difficult to find or keep a job, needs our services to overcome barriers and wants to work.

    In addition, they utilize Self Reliance Case Management. Self Reliance Case Management consists of a variety of services designed to improve the standard of living and help promote the self-sufficiency of low-income individuals.
